FraudCodex is a European educational platform focused on financial crime, anti-money laundering (AML) and market abuse. It is operated by CYBER DREAM SAS.

FraudCodex is independent: it is not affiliated with any financial institution, regulator or professional certification body. Referenced organizations and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for educational reference.

The entire FraudCodex website - including its structure, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio, databases, source code and any other element - is the exclusive property of CYBER DREAM SAS or of partners who have granted CYBER DREAM SAS the right to use them.

In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code (articles L.335-2 and following, and L.122-4), any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation or extraction of all or part of the site, by any process and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of CYBER DREAM SAS. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this notice that cannot be settled amicably will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, France, subject to any mandatory rules of consumer protection applicable to the user's country of residence.
